Geography
Egypt was located North Africa, South of Mediterranean Sea, middle of the East, left of the Red Sea, left of Israel, above Sundan and right of Libya. The geographic of Egypt was very good because they had good soil, and had the Nile river right beside them. The Nile river gave the Egyptions water and protected them from war and enemy`s. But Egypt was not isolated from other towns, plus the closest towns were Libya, Sunda, Saudi Aradia, Jordan, and Israel. The closeset body of water was the Nile river, Mediterranean Sea, and the Red sea. Today Egypt is still called Egypt it was never called any thing else.
Time Period The Egyptians emerged as a civilization around 3100 BC because the Egyptians thought the land was fertile. People came to live in Egypt earlier than in most places probably around 40,000 years ago. They are still around and is still called Egypt, just when we talk about the past we call it ancient Egypt.Ancient Egypt has lasted for 4,000 years though. The Egyptians fell around 31 BC though.
Government The ancient Egyptians' ruler ship was Pharaohs, who were believed a living god by the ancient Egyptians, and that is why the ancient Egyptians did everything that Pharaohs wanted or said to do. The ancient Egyptians organized by the Pharaohs, and gave the vizier, or the prime minister, the chief treasurer, the tax collector, the minister of public works, and the army commander to the Pharaohs. The ancient Egyptians' laws were in punishments. Egyptian law were based on common senses. All the things that pharaohs had said was laws. If you were the victom in the court, the Pharaohs would use their common senses and they would see what would suit you what you did. Once the Pharaohs made up a punishment, the Pharaohs would ask rest of the people in the court and see, if the people agree that this was the right punishment for them. The pharaohs had all of rights, because the ancient Egyptians believed that pharaohs were the living gods.
Rise and Fall Ancient Egypt rose from their land. Egyptians had lots of rich soil to grow crops. Ancient Egypt had fallen from the Roman empire.They have created a fight and the Romen people won.Ancient Egypt was conquered by Rome in war. By around 400 B.C., 332- Alexander the Great conquered Egypt. In 1800 travelers began to uncover the mysteries of the past of ancient Egypt
Religion Religion was very important to the Ancient Egyptians. Their religion was strongly influenced by tradition, which caused them to resist change. "Egyptians did not question the beliefs which had been handed down to them, they did not desire change in their socitey.Their main aim throughout their history was to emulate the conditions which they believed had existed at the dawn of creation". One of the very strong traditions was that of Divine Kingship.Divine Kingship is the belief that the Pharaoh was not only the King (political ruler) but also a god. The Pharaoh was associated with Horus, son of Re the sun god. Later it was believed that at death he became Osiris, or an Osiris, and would help the Egyptians in their afterlife.
Economy Items brought from other countries were goods like silver, iron, cedar logs, horses, ivory, copper, cattle, leopard skins, and spices, and items brought from Egypt were gold and other minerals, wheat, barley, and papyrus sheets. The ancient Egyptians traded with countries that are around the Mediterranean Sea, Aegean Sea, and the Red Sea. A system of social classes were the Pharaoh to Nobles and Military Leaders, priests and Scribes, Craftspeople and Merchants, Peasant Farmers, and slaves were the last position of social classes in the ancient Egypt.
Technology Egypt invented black ink, first Ox-Drawn Plows, 365 day calendar and leap year, paper, first triangular shaped pyramids, organized labor, hieroglyphics as an early system of writing, and sails.Egyptians had a form of calendar based upon the phases of the moon followed a calendar system of 360 days there were three seasons, each made up of 4 months, with thirty days in each month. Water was also transported in jugs that were carried with a yoke. The ancient Egyptians dug a long canal called Bahr Yousufto bring water from the Nile to places that need irrigation. They also had a lot more like the Rosetta stone to communicate.They had there temples and tombs made of stone but there home where made out of dried mud also called as adobe .

The instruments that Egyptians used are 3 kinds: percussion instruments (hand-held drums, rattles, castanets, the sistrum, and bells), wind instruments (flutes, and trumpets), and stringed instruments (harps, lyres, and lutes). The Egyptians also used males and females' voices in Egypt music. The ancient Egyptians' main forms of art were painting, sculpture, crafts and architecture(pottery). The ancient Egyptian civilization's architecture was like an emphasis on life after death, and the preservation of knowledge of the past. The ancient Egyptians had made pyramids, Sphinx, and tombs. We can learn the ancient Egyptians' music instruments, art painting, pottery, and life style(fashion).
Soical Classes/Slavery Egypts society was all-only about their pharaohs and gods that their beilived in. When the people of Egypt were making their pyramids. It was a lot of force and labour to slave`s. Egypt would never put there on kind to do that work, well maybe. But I know is that they used a lot of slave`s to do it. Egypt did not base on the race of what kind of slave they had. All they cared that they had one slave working at home, but only rich people could buy slaves. Their was a big number of slavery in ancient Egypt. Plus in ancient Egypt it never really ended with slavery.
